The published Directions allows sport, arts and cultural events to resume subject to compliance with measures to prevent and combat the spread of COVID–19 by—
(i) allowing Professional non–contact sport to resume training and matches
(ii) allowing Professional contact sport to resume training and competition in a Biologically Safe Environment;
