To All Members and Paddlers,
Last year’s function was an absolute success and it could have not happened without your support .
This year we are ready to roll again… We are currently waiting on confirmation of the venue and the exact date (in and around April 17th, 2015).
All the proceeds will go, once again, towards the 2015 SA Team Adventure at the ISA World Champs in Mexico. Like last year we would like to honour those people that have helped put SUP on the map in South Africa, and those who work behind the scenes of this amazing sport (this includes every single one of you, especially those parents that are always there for their kids at every race, event, fun day…) there will be 2 prizes; the “2014 Special Achievement Award” and the “2014 Presidents Award for Service to the Sport” as we want this to be a collective decision we ask you dear member to send media liaison Lollo (media@supsa.org.za) an email with your top 3 names for each category. In our eyes you are all winners, but we know there are special people out there whose dedication is an inspiration to all of us. Please send your nominations to media@supsa.org.za indicating if it is for President Award or Special Achievement ~ a list of 3 persons per category .
