DESCRIPTION:This race includes the SUPSA Sanctioned distances and a social option on the Berg River in Velddrif.  Save the date to enjoy some true West Coast “gees”!\nSanctioned races: 10km for junior and 50+ athletes  OR  16km for open and 40+ athletes\nENTER  on http://www.canoesa.org.za/\n  \nSocial / beginners paddle – 5 OR 10km option – TO ENTER use this link: Social Race Entry form\nFUN PADDLE ENTRIES CLOSE THURSDAY 26 JANUARY AT 23:59 \n\nAll paddlers must wear a Life Jacket (PFD)\nAll novices and non-CSA registered paddlers must sign the indemnity form (T&Cs).  All Junior paddlers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the indemnity form (T&Cs) which can be viewed HERE.\n\nCourse maps are as follows:\n\nAbove: The 16km course for OPEN AND 40+ SUP ATHLETES \n\nAbove: The 10km course for JUNIOR AND 50+ SUP ATHLETES \n The course for 5km paddlers is from the Riviera Hotel to the turnaround opposite the Columbine Coffee shop \n
