(Next door to Sup Cape Town) \nPlease note: If you are unable to attend please ensure that we receive your proxy vote as there is a requirement to have a 10 % quorum of members to hold an AGM. From experience it is difficult in practice to meet this requirement due to our large membership\, therefore your proxy is vital.  You can select anyone that may be attending the AGM to hold your proxy vote e.g. an existing National Committee or Board member or a SUPSA member who will be attending. \nNB! Committee Nomination forms and any proposed new agenda items should be forwarded to dave@lovemore.co by no later than 5 pm on Friday 24 May 2019. All proxy votes and apologies need to be forwarded to the same email address by no later than 12 pm on Thursday May 30th. \nPlease note that there is a time trial at SUP Cape Town at 6 pm and members are invited to participate prior to attending the AGM.
