SUMMARY:Battle of the Bay: The Fish Hoek Mile
DESCRIPTION:A sprint paddle across Fish Hoek Bay This paddling extravaganza of all crafts will be a first for paddlers\, but a continuation of the legendary ‘swimmers’ Fish Hoek Mile which has been hosted by FHSLC for decades. \nAnd just so that nobody feels left out\, we are incorporating a wetsuit optional swim across the Bay as well. Athletes will start in 15-minute interval waves from 09h00 with the swim as the final wave. \nWho can participate: – SINGLE SURF-SKIS: 2 x heats\, 1 x repo\, 1 x final – MIXED DOUBLE SKI: final – DOUBLE SURF-SKIS: final – PRONE PADDLE BOARDS: final – STAND UP PADDLE BOARDS: final – SWIMMERS: final \nThe divisions will include: – OPEN MEN & OPEN WOMEN: SKI / PRONE / SUP – MIXED DOUBLE: SKI – LEGENDS 45+: SKI / PRONE / SUP – DIVAS 45+: SKI / PRONE / SUP – JUNIOR BOYS & GIRLS UNDER 18: SKI / PRONE /SUP – SWIMMERS: OPEN MEN / WMN / JNR BOYS & GIRLS \n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				 You will register at the FISH HOEK BSC. \nEntry Fee: R100 pp per division.
